Arctic Fox Lithium Corp. is a junior mineral exploration company engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of quality mineral properties in Canada. Headed by an experienced management team with over 100 + years of collective experience in mining and publicly traded companies, Arctic Fox is collaborating with professional and thoughtful geologists to bridge an ethical and trustworthy lens to mining. With the major increase and demand for eco-friendly power over the last five years, pressure on supply of Lithium has been at its all time high. Arctic Fox has made a conscious effort to identify properties of merit in this sector.

The Company has decided that the focal point should be in the exploration and development of hard rock lithium deposits. After reviewing several opportunities the Company has recently acquired the Kana Lake Lithium property located in the prolific James Bay Area in Québec. Arctic Fox is also engaged in British Columbia with the Spius Property, showing incredible potential and claims, complemented by the success of neighbouring projects nearby.

Harry Chew

Chief Executive Officer, President and Director

Mr. Chew has over 35 years of experience providing corporate advisory and consulting services in the capital markets. Harry has successfully raised seed capital for numerous start-ups which he later assisted with their eventual listing on different Canadian exchanges. He has acted as a director and senior officer for issuers in various sectors including mining, oil and gas, biotech and technology.

Sonny Chew

Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Director

Mr. Chew has been providing management and financial consulting to public issuers for the past 30 years. Sonny specializes in providing financial reporting, corporate finance and other accounting services to reporting issuers. He has served as a director and senior officer for several publicly listed companies in different industries.

Gerald George Carlson

VP Exploration and Director

Mr. Carlson's career has spanned over five decades in precious and base metal exploration throughout the Americas. He has focused mainly on projects in the Yukon and in northern British Columbia. His career has included independent consulting assignments and management of exploration programs for both junior and major mining companies. He is a past President of AMEBC (formerly the British Columbia and Yukon Chamber of Mines). He is a recipient of the SEG's Ralph Marsden Award for distinguished service and CIM's J.C. Sproule Award for the advancement of geology and mineral exploration in the Yukon.

Gary Claytens

Strategic Advisor

Mr. Claytens began his career as a registered representative and analyst for a private equity firm. He holds a bachelor of economics degree specializing in resource economics from the University of British Columbia and has over 35 years of public market experience acting as a Senior Officer and Director of numerous issuers in the mining and oil and gas sectors. Recently, Mr. Claytens was instrumental in discovering a lithium brine deposit in Utah, USA, which is currently in the development stage.
