Arctic Fox Lithium Corp. is a junior mineral exploration company engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of quality mineral properties in Canada. Headed by an experienced management team with over 100 + years of collective experience in mining and publicly traded companies, Arctic Fox is collaborating with professional and thoughtful geologists to bridge an ethical and trustworthy lens to mining. With the major increase and demand for eco-friendly power over the last five years, pressure on supply of Lithium has been at its all time high. Arctic Fox has made a conscious effort to identify properties of merit in this sector.

The Company has decided that the focal point should be in the exploration and development of hard rock lithium deposits. After reviewing several opportunities the Company has recently acquired the Kana Lake Lithium property located in the prolific James Bay Area in Québec. Arctic Fox is also engaged in British Columbia with the Spius Property, showing incredible potential and claims, complemented by the success of neighbouring projects nearby.

Kirby Renton

Chief Executive Officer, President and Director

Mr. Renton has over 20 years of experience in corporate development, operations, and capital markets within the resource and energy sectors. He has played a key role in building and financing growth‑stage companies, overseeing strategic acquisitions, and strengthening operational teams. Mr. Renton has served as an executive and director of several public and private issuers, with a focus on disciplined project advancement and long‑term shareholder value.

Rick Mah

Chief Financial Officer, Director

Mr. Mah has more than 25 years of corporate finance experience across the technology, finance, hospitality and natural resources sectors. Over his career, he has held progressively senior finance roles with both public and private companies and has supported numerous financing activities, helping to raise over $700 million of capital. He has also been a key contributor on strategic transactions ranging in value from approximately $1 million to $3.4 billion, including valuation and integration work. Mr. Mah holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University and is a chartered professional accountant and CFA charterholder.

Tyler Heathcote

Director

Mr. Heathcote is an experienced entrepreneur and senior executive with over 30 years of experience building and leading companies in the energy services and environmental sectors across Canada and international markets. He founded Bio‑Synergy Resources Inc., which was later taken public as Ridgeline Energy Services Inc. on the TSX Venture Exchange, and subsequently led the privatization and growth of Ridgeline Canada Inc. before its integration into the Ambipar Group.

Dr. Terrance G. Owen

Director

Dr. Owen is an independent director with more than 30 years of experience in public company leadership, corporate finance and capital markets. He has served as an executive and director of multiple TSX Venture Exchange and Canadian Securities Exchange issuers, guiding them through financings, listings and strategic transactions across the resource and technology sectors. Dr. Owen brings strong governance, regulatory and investor-relations insight to the board, with a long track record of working with early-stage and growth companies
